From the photos, I can see that it's really beautiful and picturesque! Definitely a great place to do some running. As for the injury, I can see that it must be quite uncomfortable, to say the least. It's good you had the foresight to stay off heavy running for the duration of the healing process. I've known some people who were a bit stubborn, and it didn't end up well. Anyway, I hope your injury heals up well. Keep on going the distance!

Alan @ ProClinix
Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/18155749788395918588noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6113560794810257802.post-45506276268781078562014-04-06T21:05:56.334-07:002014-04-06T21:05:56.334-07:00It's such a delicate balance with the running,...It's such a delicate balance with the running, strength, and stretching! Also, going to change my shoes soon...KTwo Little Runnershttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10358955748988516036noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6113560794810257802.post-65837524649072403462014-04-06T06:01:29.041-07:002014-04-06T06:01:29.041-07:00Well. I'm sitting here waiting for a diagnosis after doing EVERYTHING RIGHT (which makes it so much more frustrating). I guess you're rigt, the life of a distance runner. Good for you to be in the pool already. I'm still in my pity party :)
Get well!Graciehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05641028266038110278noreply@blogger.com
