  1. So true! I don't have compression tights but I do love my compression socks! They pretty much get me through my workouts and recovery every day in the winter months of marathon training.

    1. I am just figuring out the awesomeness of compression socks. I wear them to bed after speed workouts. And sometimes under my slacks at work. I think Skinny Runner put it best - compression socks are like a leg hug.
